Dark & Stormy

• 20ml Ginger Syrup

• 20ml Lime Juice

• 50ml dark rum

• 2 dashes of angostura

• ginger beer top

Pour ginger beer into a hi-ball of ice.

Shake the other ingredients and layer over the ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
